The b&b is beyond gross. Don't let the pictures fool you online. What you see in photos isn't what you should expect in person. I ordered a room with a private bathroom and received a key to room that opened up to a kitchen with three other rooms and my bathroom is stationed outside your room where you have to cross the other rooms in order to go in a hallway where the light turns off every 5 seconds. The toilet had a prolem where everytime you flushed it released a noise that was louder than a truck engine. The air contioning didn't work. The manager said the air conditioner should be working, but it didn't. On top of that, the manager isn't even there to greet, rather you need to figure out how to get in through coded italian text messages from the manager. It was the worst experience in a b&b I and my pregant wife had ever experienced. I would highly avoid this place like the plague. Learn from my mistakes. Beautiful view. AC works well and due to large windows facing South you will need it. I would recommend that the proprietor provide more eating utensils in the common area. Spoons forks knives napkins and a sink. Also the light goes off after two minutes which is very annoying
