Comfort room. Breakfast at 9.15am only had bread, coffee and milk and juice but no glasses. Booking a table for lunch for 10 people; Reheated and cold food is not cooked on site. The menu that had baked potatoes was no longer there and there were no potatoes to fry (no cook), without apologies. A complaints book was only requested from the GNR and presented to us. Responsible and deplorable staff. Just to sleep.

Convenient free parking, we did not use other services. When we arrived our room had been given to someone else, so we were assigned a family room, consisting of a room with 3 beds, a sitting room and a large bathroom. Furnishings and fittings could do with updating, but all areas were clean. We were passing through, in mid-August everything was full and for one night it went well, but I think there is better in the area

I have been a customer of this hotel for many years, we had the habit of having meals at the hotel because of the children, so they could eat a good soup and have a simple meal, although homemade. This year, breakfast did not have the same variety as in previous years and bread was recessed. At dinner, the grilled chicken steaks had no flavor, the fried hake fillets had too much pepper and didn't look good, the rice was very greasy and the flan pudding, in addition to having no flavor, was very hard. When questioning the receptionist about what was going on in the kitchen, he said that the team of cooks was new and that they had a faulty oven. Given this bad experience, I will not stay at this hotel again, as it has lost its differentiating aspect from the competition, which was to offer humble but very well-prepared meals and very careful customer service.
