The hotel is one of the most beautiful in the Hilton chain, well-decorated with spacious lounges, restaurants, and bars, pools to enjoy, and a sun terrace with plenty of lounge chairs. The breakfast is good and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space.

Muy mal servicio el trato del personal para nada cordial, mi hija de dejo olvidado en la habitación algunas pertenencias nos comunicamos con el Hotel a las pocas horas y nunca aparecieron!! Nunca el hotel se hizo cargo y la respuesta del gerente un desastre, me dijeron q iban a buscar y nada de nada! Me pidieron fotos las cuales envié, y nunca más me respondieron los mails, solo respondieron a comentarios como este en las páginas para limpiar su imagen de poca seguridad que brinda el hotel! Dejaron de responder los mails cual rata que se esconde tras robar y quedarse con pertenencias ajenas no volvería nunca más! Recomiendo por la zona el sheraton de Pilar mucho más elegante el trato impecable digno de un hotel 5 estrellas la comida un mil! Al hotel Hilton no volvería una total decepción, que se queden con tus pertenencias cuando hacen la limpieza de la habitación es de lo más bajo que puede tener un hotel, seguridad 0, bien de Argentinos!!!!!!

Fuimos en familia el viernes 2 de mayo, en fin de semana largo, me pareció un poco lento el check Out, había mucha gente en el hotel y no me quedaron muy claras las indicaciones y momentos de actividades, con respecto a la piscina interna me pareció muy chica para la cantidad de gente hospedada, la habitación, y todas las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy bien así como también el predio que lo rodea es precioso, para pasar el día en familia es muy lindo, muchas actividades en el kids club, paseos en bici, caminatas, piletas,con respecto al desayuno es excelente, muy completo, no le falta nada y para los chicos hay un sector especial que les gustó mucho, lo único que nos pareció que no estaba a la altura del hotel fue la comida del lobby bar , q nos pareció cara y lo que pedimos no nos gustó , igualmente el mozo se disculpó de mil formas , y nos ofreció tragos y postres sin cargo

Para ser 5 estrellas le falta mucho servicio. Una vez ingresado al estacionamiento, no hay indicación, nadie te recibe para ingresar al lobby. En el mostrador la recepcionista (del centro) muy indiferente, cordialidad cero a diferencia de sus compañeras súper cordiales.. La habitación tiene una puerta en el medio que comunica a la otra habitación un desastre, hay carteles que dicen que para ahorrar agua puede dejar las toallas colgadas y no las cambian, un detalle...NO hay barral para colgar!! Como es posible que un hotel 5* no tenga un simple toallero En cuanto al spa, muy descuidado y en horarios donde pueden ingresar niños la tranquilidad es lo que menos hay, nadie vela por ese momento de relajación, el agua desbordada por todas partes (con los riesgos que implica) Lo único rescatable son los restaurantes, sobre todo "La Hacienda" si les gusta la carne argentina, es muy recomendable En fin, lo que destaca un hotel 5* de uno de menor categoría no sólo son los servicios sino los pequeños detalles, acá no existen... Una vergüenza, sin sistema en las tarjetas de la habitación, el personal debía abrir la puerta cada vez que querías ingresar. Sin wi fi por lo tanto sin TV. En la habitación no estaban las toallas de mano ni secador de pelo, el frigobar vacío. En el área de La pileta con los vasos sucios durante todo el día. El restaurante los sábados es solo buffet y no lo aclaran en el momento de la reserva

Fuimos unos días a bs as y decidimos ir a alojarnos a este hotel para alejarnos de la ciudad y disfrutar las instalaciones, en especial las piletas. Fuimos de lunes a miércoles, se ve que el hotel funciona para fines de semana porque no habían actividades para niños (salvo kids club- que no tiene casi nada para edades +7años-). No funcionaba en esos días ninguno de sus restaurantes, solo el bar del lobby; ahí la comida mala para ser un hotel de esta categoría y tardaron muchísimo, precios elevados teniendo en cuenta la calidad y servicio. Y por último y lo peor de la estadía, de 3 días nos tocaron 2 días de tormenta, si estás con niños y la idea era disfrutar de las piletas, no hay nada para hacer más que meterse en kids club, la piscina interna prácticamente que la tienen exclusiva para quienes van por un día de spa. Malísimo! Es un hotel caro como para no ofrecer ese servicio (salvo con costo extra a adultos y prohibido para menores de 15años) a quienes se están alojando. Nos acercamos 2 días seguidos a consultar si se podía hacer una excepción ya que habíamos venido desde bariloche a este hotel para disfrutar las instalaciones y con tormenta no había otra cosa para hacer y nos dijeron que NO aceptab niños/ y si los adultos queríamos entrar deberíamos pagar EXTRA usd15+iva x adulto x noche. Una decepción y que no hayan tenido reparo en esto. Si tu idea es ir con niños para hacer uso del hotel, chequear antes el clima. Sino mejor quedarse en casa y no desperdiciar ese dinero.

Hermoso hotel, para relajarse. Las instalaciones muy lindas, tanto la zona de pileta, bar, gimnasio. Tiene canchas de tenis, para usar con reserva previa. Muy buen servicio del personal. Las habitaciones cómodas, pero hay detalles que deberían mejorar dada la categoría del hotel, por ejemplo, no tienen secador de pelo en todas las habitaciones, la cantidad de toallones en la habitación no coincidía con la cantidad de huéspedes. El desayuno excelente.
