Fosshotel is the best hotel chain in Iceland. This Fosshotel is located by the East Fjord, with beautiful view. Receptionist Kamila is very nice and helpful. She helped us change to a nice room with balcony. Room is nice with decent size, very clean, with minifridge and safe box. Highly recommend.

A very beautiful and unique hotel, in an old Nordic/French style. Spectacular location overlooking the fjord. A complete and super satisfying breakfast.

One of our favourite hotels that we stayed at. Room was nice and clean with a lovely view over the fjord. Breakfast was good. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from here, and went out to watch them from the jetty which was amazing! Really lovely receptionists when checking in and out who were both very helpful.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location! Personnel always kind and shining. Good food and very clean rooms. Finally, a wax museum added a distinctive touch to the hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte favolosa al Fosshotel Eastfjords! La struttura gode di una posizione incantevole, con vista spettacolare sul mare e sulle montagne. La camera era molto comoda, con un bagno spazioso e grandi finestre che permettono di godersi appieno il panorama. Un dettaglio che ci è piaciuto tantissimo è il bel pontile collegato direttamente alla struttura e al ristorante, che permette anche di fare colazione all’aperto godendosi la splendida vista: semplicemente meraviglioso! La colazione è molto buona, varia e di qualità. La cucina del ristorante è ottima e il personale è stato gentile e attento, mentre lo staff alla reception si è dimostrato chiaro, disponibile e professionale. Il parcheggio gratuito proprio accanto all’hotel è un ulteriore punto a favore. La zona in cui si trova la struttura è splendida e rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un hotel davvero consigliatissimo!

This was one of the better hotels I stayed at during my 9 nights in Iceland. Very friendly desk staff, nice room, pretty quiet at night and slept well. Breakfast was good. No complaints.
