Very tiny shower and bathroom, broken lock on the small balcony, broken bulb on the bedroom table, did not make up the room after the first night.

The air conditioning did not work and reception said there was nothing they could do about it. I spent the first night in a room that looked more like a sauna. On the second day, they arranged for a room change. The elevator that gave access to our floor was out of service; a receptionist tried to resolve it, but the problem persisted for a while. I requested an extra bottle of water from the housekeeping service and was told they were unable to provide it. Overall the service was quite poor.

The hotel was in a great area for access to many things. Nothing unordinary, a normal budget hotel. The room was a tiny bit small, and the carpet could've been cleaner

Great location for Faro central. Near lots of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Good choice of breakfast available from 6:30am-midday.
Lovely spacious rooms and large balcony. Free air on and tea making facilities in room. Towels and basic toiletries provided also a hair dryer.
Only downside is they didn’t have a pool 😪
