Reception gave great welcome room was comfortable grounds are lovely great location for appointments in Farnham town centre second visit but we will return 

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Awful room! Avoid room 2 at all costs- stained toilet seat was really disgusting. Hair and spiders everywhere particularly in the bedroom, along with mould on the celling and curtain shower. Dust throughout, paint peeling off the walls. Really old stained carpet that's very very worn out (keep your shoes on!) exposed wiring in places and a smell of must. Which was strange because there was then a huge TV that took up the whole desk (although don't touch the remote the stains where off putting) We stayed for one night and thankfully where at a wedding so did not stay long in the room (would have driven home if we where able too) hence not being able to raise things with reception at the time. Have since sent emails regarding the room with photos as really do not feel they can let people stay in this room particularly with that bathroom and a cost that DOES NOT reflect any kind of standard But zero response, so they clearly do not care.

After a 5 day stay Negatives Very grumpy unwelcoming reception from Julie when we checked in No hd discount card given on arrival had to beg for on 2nd day Very poor food on evening one (microwave £1meal I think ) hence did not eat here rest of week which is a shame as had to travel to other eateries which was in convenient Room 26 Tv very very small in room It is 2025 smart tv would of been nice Kettle full of scale unhealthy I think Shower quite frankly dangerous to get in and out of had to climb in over bath /taps with no where to hold onto precarious is a under statement Had to shower and tilt your head at same time to prevent banging your head on slopping ceiling Had to pull beds away from sloping roof as worried was going to bump my head in the night Positives Nice old building Rest of staff pleasant Breakfast 7/10 No reply from email 3 weeks ago ! This hotel could be so much better
