Staff very friendly and helpful no parking on site

Bath plug was broken and had no chain, impossible to empty bath. Bath/shower taps were very clunky and difficult to set temperature.

1. This property is in dire need of a makeover - it is bordering shabby. 2. Very poor lighting in room 102. 3. A single bath towel and one other item which either a bath mat or a hand towel - is there no expectation to use the shower. 4. I left an a phone charger in the room - there is no easy way to call the hotel only using a 13p per minute 0871 line - when I did use it no one at the hotel picked up and there is no voice mail. So cost to me for no service. Luckliy I have a friend in Guildford who happened to be in Farnborough and collected it. 5. Very disappointing - the 3rd disappointing stay I've had at a Travelodge this year - you really have gone down.

My wife and I needed a cheap hotel for two nights and this fit the bill. We have never stayed with Travelodge before and while it wasn't bad I can't say that it was great either. We ran out of toilet paper, hand wash and soap and the twin beds pushed together to make a single kept moving apart unexpectedly. The breakfast menu was better than the dinner. One of the staff was trying to be helpful when dealing with my wife's disability but clearly felt awkward doing so

This Travelodge is fantastic. Although you can’t park directly at it the car park is a stones throw away and very reasonable. Check in by Clare was second to none . Probably one of the best check ins ever in any hotel ( and she was also there the next morning to wave us on our way with a smile) Bedding immaculately fresh , crisp and clean and bed made with care and attention to “ hospital corners” which is a win win ( thank you room maid ) Only thing I didn’t like was the frosted Perspex film on the windows which meant that you couldn’t look outside plus the window only opened an inch so very claustrophobic for me . We didn’t eat in hotel but there was a bar/ restaurant directly under the building where we dined . Overall a great stay and we’d definitely return next time we’re in the area . Thanks team

Warm Friendly welcome, Quick efficient check in Clean tidy room with adequately refilled hot beverage items, towels, hand shower gels, TV remote works, had room window overlooking main road, open Night staff very helpful to serve my vegetarian dinner (hugh flatbread pizza, mixed salad, coffee and 7UP) good value too, they even kindly brought my dinner up to my room as I'm elderly. I missed one star due to no parking, which obviously is out of control of hospitality.

Stayed at farnborough travelodge with the family. All staff were great that we met Claire was there when we checked. Quick and efficient. We were offered breakfast but was told if we changed our minds we could pay in the morning. We did. Breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone. Claire was there at breakfast. Clearing tables. Lila chef was always checking food. Bring out fresh. Great team work. No problems at the hotel. Room was comfortable along with the bed. All the family enjoyed it.

Claire at the reception is a true ambassador for this travelodge. She was so professional with a friendly behavior and extremely kind with a warm welcoming smile and a positive manners which gives us more energy and a perfect reason to stay Everything was perfect with a clean room and comfortable bed. When I was waiting for check in I have been noticing every single guests CLAIRE was dealing with whom they seemed so grateful To her and feel comfortable interacting with her So I would definitely gonna recommend to stay for everyone Me and my colleague were so grateful to CLAIRE Thank you for your marvelous service CLAIRE is a star
