This was very last minute booked. The person at the front desk was very nice. We arrived late since we have been on the road. I wasn't expecting a lavish place to lay our heads. Just somewhere decent. Expecting was fine. Only thing I wish she would have put us in either the front or side of the motel. We were put all the way in the back.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room . But the bathtub and bathroom sink kept backing up, after notifying the front desk we were told this issue couldn't be addressed until the next day after we left. The general outside property has a lot of weeds and trash including around the pool area. The next morning we were ready for our continental breakfast that was being provided by the motel , before we arrived the front desk male clerk informed us they didn't have any spoons or forks for us to eat our breakfast. After asking for a refund or some kind of reimbursement we were told this is not possible. So we left unable to use the shower and without breakfast and coffee. Next time we will spend an additional $50 per night to stay at a more reputable motel located just a block away.

I now know why they had rooms when every other hotel was sold out. 1) Rooms were not clean. 2) Bathroom had mold. 3) Security poor tools stolen out of vehicle

Our pit stop overnight.
Weve stayed here years prior and would have a nice stay.
Some upgrades wouldnt hurt. And cleanliness could be a little better. Especially in the bathrooms. There was also an ant problem
Maybe checking of lights and tv wouldnt hurt.
Was a decent stay. And everyone was nice from Front desk to maintenance . They were more than willing to accommodate our requests.

Denied Room despiste reserving through *******. They talked to us in a condescending way “would you like us to build you a room? What do you expect us to do” when we questioned why we weren’t notified that there weren’t any rooms available. Offered refund and it has not arrived yet after a week of waiting.

Up until my stay on 04/12 I have always stayed at a LaQuinta. I had been driving for 13 hrs and exhausted and was desperate to sleep. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would NOT have stayed there. Very disappointed. I have never been to such a disappointment of a room. Definitely NOT the typical LaQuinta standards.
