Absolutely absurd After driving for 5 hours to get to my hotel, I arrived at 1215 am When I walked into the vestibule the signs said to use the phone to call the on call clerk for after hours check in. When I did this, the clerk refused to check me in because it was after midnight and therefore no longer the day that I booked the room for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told a manager would not be available until Monday morning. This is beyond absurd. I have checked into several hotels on trips after midnight. I booked the room and paid for it and traveled several hours with my two minor children to attend my other daughter's college graduation and was refused entry to the room I paid for based on some policy that wasn't posted anywhere in the hotel or in the reservation email. I admit, I got very angry and used terrible language with the clerk, which I do regret, however, that never would have happened if I could have just checked in. Now my children and I are sleeping in my car and will not be able to shower or be in any way well rested before this important event. I'm livid and disgusted. This experience has ruined the weekend and I am demanding this be rectified.

For our second day. It took 3 trips/sets of keys being reset to get in our room The hotel smells of tobacco and in some hallways - ****. We requested a non smoking room I’m not sure if it was - but it still Reeked of smoke. Despite leaving the window open all day. Overall decent basic hotel. We were scoping out a place for us to stay a few times/month With soooo many choices within a couple mile radius - I think we’ll be going elsewhere If the room didn’t smell - would actually stay here again. Hope this helps

The staff are all really nice and helpful! Any issues/concerns were immediately resolved. Rooms were clean and updated! Perfect for families and travelers.

I tried to check into the location and no one was there at all. I call the phone number for 45minutes and other numbers that were there as well. The desk shut down early and no one was there. I then had to go to a different hotel. So 2 hours later.... another place. This is completely not acceptable.

The staff are horrible, very unprofessional it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my deposit back for room. Staff very rude there wasn’t no one working the desk when I tried to check in or the next day. Dirty environment maybe because they allow dogs. They make us take out our own trash and return towels to desk before you can get new ones. Overall bad experience and will never go back!

Never stay here This place is horible the manager wants extra cash $7 for towels , extra cash for reset your key. A joke of hotel and service i had zero heat one night 6F out side that night. They should be closed down.
