Amazing stay at the resort over this weekend, had good time with family. The reception desk staff was polite and welcoming. Special mention for Akash at Aravali Kitchen who helped made our dinner memory memorable!! The vibe at the hotel is peaceful and serene, the Nilaya spa treatment was good as well.

It was great experience staying with family … very calm and serene environment.. amazing food and hospitality.. lots of activity to have fun with family .. the pool looks mesmerising during night with lighting. A special thanks to miss anjali.i just love the way she treat us.

House keeping services was not at all good. No hand towels, no moisturiser, no shoe polish, hot water was not coming, water pressure in toilet was too low. In room dining experience was not great. The quinoa salad was too raw and dry. Overall customer service needs lots of improvement. Property was good, breakfast options was too good.

We visited this property to celebrate Birthday of my wife and Womens Day. It was kind of 2 hr away from our place. Being Gold elite I got the upgrade to Premier room with sit out. They also decorated the bed with flower and petal for the Birthday with chocolate cake. Hi Tea was good ***** with tambola. Kids play area has few activities to engage kids. They also have few adventure activities like Go Karting. Resort has a decent pool area Baby food was complementary. Other food items were also delicious Breakfast had a good and fresh spread. During checkout they gave gift to my baby. The only thing which needs improvement is service. We waited for around 40-45 minutes for cutlery. After a while we had to go to reception to check why it is taking this long. Every in dining order was delayed.
