I have been impressed with Sleep Inn's lately. The hotels are clean, pleasant and for an economy style brand, they really seem to impress me. They are reliable, especially since other Choice properties (Quality Inn, Econo Lodge, Clarion) can be hit or miss. The hotel is in a standard suburban sprawl situation. I was able to get where I wanted quickly. Also walked over the Dairy Queen. Yes, this was a great stay!

The pro - very comfy bed, clean room, quick check in. The cons - pool was closed, breakfast was just okay not great. We were really wanting to enjoy the pool, and I do not understand why guests can't be told when a pool is not available. Especially families with kids, that's really a disappointment for them. There was a note at breakfast that said they only had sugar free syrup. How difficult is it to send someone to the store to grab a couple things of syrup? Not worth the rate I paid.

Clean, quiet hotel. Located off I94. Good WIFI. Staff were very professional and prompt. The room rate was reasonable. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. Restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Quiet. Good for sleeping. Breakfast, we ate out each day. Breakfast didn't look good at all. This Sleep Inn is lacking in employees. I noticed one person doing more than one job, but I bet they don't get paid for doing all the jobs they do. One employee was not very kind, I won't give her name, but I'm sure it's the stress of being under staffed. This could be a decent hotel with employees that actually care and aren't overworked.

Despite the 40+ kids running around for a hockey tournament, this place was a very nice hotel. Felt reasonable new. Room was clean and quiet. The poor young man at the front desk did a great job of taking care of us at check in. I think his name was Nick. The check out person said he was brand new. He was busy sweeping up messes the kids were making all over the place.

We had a wonderful night stay here. We were traveling and this was a very quiet night with excellent bedding. We were at the breakfast room about 15 minutes after it opened up and that could have been stocked better with food when everyone is trying to eat and leave. We got what we needed.

Room was in poor condition. Carpet was folded over onto itself. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Furniture in general disrepair. I never got any housekeeping over a 3 day stay. I had to ask for clean towels and had to deposit my dirty towels myself in the laundry bin. Breakfast was almost non existent 2 out of the 3 mornings I was there. No hot selections at all the last day, not even waffle batter. Pics attached to show proof.

We stayed here for 1 night while traveling through. The room was very clean the mattress was comfortable but the pillows weren’t that great. Breakfast was the usual choice hotel breakfast. Check in and checkout were very easy.

Hotel clerk told myself and my children that there was a death at the property and my children were terrified. She then told us we had a noose complaint and called our room and woke up my children. We left the property trying to calm our children down and when we arrived back we were told there we 8 noise complaints against us ( we weren’t even at the hotel) and we were kicked out. Left with nowhere to stay and had to drive to grand forks to get a room. Everything is recorded on video and will be posted on YouTube within a couple of days as only photos can be posted here. Corporate has been notified and is investigating. I’ve asked them to watch all video from our stay to show we were not even in the hotel when all these noise complaints came in.
