It was already 11pm when we arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. I opened the sofa bed and it was probably not used. It was very dirty, so I didn't use it. The next morning, maybe we woke up late, so there was not much choice for breakfast. But the mint tea bags are delicious.

After staying at a rustic resort, the Quality Inn was luxurious! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom counter had plenty of space. Everything smelled clean & fresh.

The carpet on our room didn’t look like it was vacuumed, there was noticeable stuff on the floor that a vacuum would have easily picked up. Dirty floor & next to the bed closest to the window, there was a water bottle cap & a bunch of crumbs on the floor. The bed & pillows were not comfortable, either. The mattress on the left side towards the bottom had yellow staining (urine?) that was easily seen as the sheets on the side were pulling up. Trays for the breakfast area would be nice to help carry items upstairs to other family members. I asked for a tray at front desk & the staff was nice enough to offer to help me carry it upstairs. Also eggs, even hard boiled would have been nice option for breakfast. There were none when I was there. The sink drain has a bad odor coming from it when the water was turned on.

The lock on the door could have easily been ripped off. Didnt feel safe, left and went to another hotel. Out the $83

This place is a dump. Rooms not clean properly and everything falling apart. The mattress was filthy and had lots of stains in it
