Ho soggiornato 5 notti in questo resort con i miei due gemellini di 3 anni… che dire finalmente relax! Non appena arrivati al parcheggio siamo stati immediatamente accolti calorosamente da Giuseppe, il receptionist , che ci ha dato due giraffe per i nostri piccoli. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che avevamo chiesto , i passeggini per i bambini e un frigo aggiuntivo per conservare il latte dei miei piccoli. Alle 15.30 siamo andati al kids club e i bimbi sono stati accolti con una merenda fantastica yougurt , ciambella e tante coccole. I bambini sono rimasti lì solo per 1 ora e mezza il tempo di poterti dedicare un momento di relax in spa. Rosa professionale e gentile ci ha spiegato come fare il percorso. La colazione davvero super dai dolci alle cose tipiche Siciliane fino alla Frutta secca e disidratata. Che dire ho già prenotato per Settembre. Grazie a tutto lo staff ci siamo sentiti a casa.

NO KIDS CLUB just babysitting then when you try to book it takes you to a complete other site with not the hotel it took about 2 hours to fine the hotel again on the booking webiste when we got there in a hire car there was no parking and someone robbed our car

Sono stata al Principe di Fitalia per rilassarmi qualche ora e devo dire che è stata un’ottima scelta. Ho pranzato da loro e poi mi sono concessa un massaggio con Paolo, davvero molto bravo e professionale. Il trattamento è stato rilassante e rigenerante, esattamente quello di cui avevo bisogno. Un’esperienza piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, che consiglio a chi cerca un momento di benessere e tranquillità.

Esperienza rilassante, ambiente silenzioso e pacifico, personale gentilissimo e preparato. Abbiamo festeggiato l'addio al nubilato e nonostante fosse sabato e quindi ci fosse molta gente non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di spazio! Super consigliato

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Principe di Fitalia. L’endroit est calme, très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon, avec des produits frais. L’espace piscine est top pour se détendre. Franchement, je recommande cet hôtel si vous cherchez un endroit paisible et confortable à Syracuse.
