i tre pallini sono per la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale , però l'hotel a mio avviso ha diverse pecche prima fra tutte la mancanza di un parcheggio anche a pagamento: per trovare posto devi avere pazienza a fortuna e girare e girare finche non trovi un buco (la sera non si paga ma visto i lavori che ci sono in zona il parcheggio disponibile è scarso). Inoltre le camere sono molto spartane con arredi vetusti e un po rovinati, anche se la camera è grande e il letto è comodo: peccato solo che le camere non sono molto insonorizzate. Il bagno è come la camera datato, wifi gratuito e con buona velocità, colazione buona più orientata al dolce .

Le bar de l’hôtel Cristallo à Fano est situé sur la belle plage de la Sassonia ! Ce bar est un passage obligé pour qui aime les glaces italiennes de qualité supérieure, les apéritifs locaux bien garnis et le service exceptionnel de son personnel. Le café et les cappuccini sont succulents. La terrasse et le cadre sont très agréables et la salle principale est efficacement climatisée !!! Les prix pratiqués sont tout à fait démocratiques au regard du service offert. Nous vous conseillons vivement cet endroit si vous êtes de passage à Fano, dans la région des Marches. Le parking est aisé à proximité.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questo hotel b&b molto carino curato e pulito. Dotato di ogni tipo di comfort, gestori gentili e molto disponibili. Se dovessimo tornare a Fano sicuramente prenoteremmo di nuovo qui. Un saluto a Claudia ed Emanuele! A presto

We keep returning to Hotel Cristallo for our summer holidays. Location is perfect, the staff are the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, and we enjoy the breakfast. Beds are very comfy and the rooms are extremely sound proof. We hardly ever sleep better than when we are staying at the Cristallo. Even the small kids sleep through the night. Bliss.

Sono stata una notte in hotel. Tutto il personale si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel è a due passi dal mare, con affaccio sulla spiaggia. In stanza ho potuto trovare la giusta tranquillità e mi è stata data la possibilità di lavorare al pc in una stanza accanto alla hall per più tempo del previsto. Grazie!

gestori molto gentili e attenti, posizione tattica a due passi dal mare e a metà strada tra centro storico e lidi, colazione con vista mare, struttura interna ben tenuta, colazione inclusa, abbiamo avuto la camera più piccina dell'hotel ma aveva una vista mare con vista dell'alba. nonostante il caldo camera fresca e ventilata senza bisogno di accendere aria condizionata.

Having stayed at the hotel a few years back (before we had kids), we decided to give it another go when we returned to Fano this summer for a few days on the beach with the small ones who had arrived in the meantime. We had quite enjoyed our last stay, but our days at the Cristallo this time around surpassed our expectations. Obviously the proximity to both the beach and the old town, and also the railway station, comes in handy when travelling with small children, but there was also plenty of icing on the cake. As we found out, the rooms are actually extremely well soundproofed, so the kids slept well even when a DJ was going on full blast at a bar opposite the street. What is more, the hotel offers plenty of space for its guests and an excellent breakfast restaurant (and a great breakfast at that). But above all, the hotel stands out because of its dedicated and friendly staff, the very kind of people that makes you want to come back.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel pulito e puntuale con la consegna delle stanze. Ha solo la colazione e questa è molto fornita e ricca di prodotti freschi e buoni. È in una ottima posizione essendo a 5 minuti dal centro a piedi e a pochi passa dalla spiaggia. Le stanze hanno una bellissima vista sulla spiaggia di sassi. Vale 4 stelle come hotel. L’unica piccola pecca è che non ha il parcheggio e quindi bisogna parcheggiare nelle vie laterali ma si trova sempre posto.
