1.是退休幹部療養院，距離白浪灘14km這樣，附近也有小的碼頭，有車比較方便
2.有個小花園停車，早餐豐富，所有人員都很熱情，老牌三星，設施不新但是足夠乾淨，傢俱也是比較高檔的，不是那種脆皮賓館感覺
3.對面街是個海鮮市場，可以買海鮮，旁邊就可以加工，一份15.20.25不等，買了大鮑魚才五塊一個，象拔蚌200一個，但是象拔蚌煮了之後都沒多少，第一次吃也是最後一次吃，沒必要的！

很愉快的一天，住在國際迎賓館。前台小姐姐服務很熱情，並免費贈送了早餐。酒店停車場車位充足，還有專設的充電樁。

朋友的入住體驗非常不好，早餐廳不對住客，交錢也不讓吃，沒有洗衣房，裝修陳舊，設施老化，房間氣味很重，礦泉水也沒有，住一夜瘴氣你讓你頭疼
