房間數量充足，四間卧室，其中兩間帶衞生間，同時有廚房有洗衣機，對於兩個帶孩子家庭來説很合適。位置合適，白浪灣和萬尾金灘都在50分鐘車程內。周圍餐飲超市配套齊全。小區安靜。房東熱情友好，交房過程通過發密碼，非常便捷。停車位被別的車佔用，房東都很快妥善處理。
