房間早上8點臨時停電了，沒有提前告知，被熱醒了，像個大蒸籠。房間所在的地方並不涼爽，衹能在房間裏乘涼，等了半個小時才維修來電到早餐的地方發現大約四五個菜全部都有辣椒，沒有小孩能吃的。而且發現其中一盤菜裏還有頭髮。反饋之後才又重新炒了一份，當時服務員還想把頭髮挑出去，讓我們接着吃，非常令人生氣。另外回來的時候發現房卡打不開房門了，然後等待送房卡的時候試了一下從後門外能直接進入，後門壓根鎖不緊。收費很貴，但完全不符合收費的標準，服務設施壓根跟不上。

環境不錯，設施齊全。雖然在山裡，但是沒有蚊子。晚上躺在池裡聽着音樂看星星，享受。但是，房間檢查不夠仔細，化粧包進水後化粧棉長黴了，身體乳也沒有了。早餐一般。

酒店設施完善，環境優美，適合親子度假，離縣城不遠，周邊有很多美食，晚上也可以在營地烤肉聽音樂會，早晚很涼快，服務也很周到，孩子們玩得很開心👍👍👍
