The front desk service of the hotel is warm. Every time I book a room, a staff member will call me and ask me when I will arrive. The weather here is very cold and remember to wear more clothes. The hotel also provides a special free white fungus soup. The air conditioner will also open it for me in advance. It makes me feel like going home. From the confirmation phone call received the day before check-in, the precautions for receiving WeChat, to the welcome text message after check-in (including room number, breakfast location time, WiFi password, gym laundry room and other warm reminders of various facilities), the punctuality of the dining robot After delivery, the laundry room can see reservation information on the TV. Various intelligences make it more convenient for residents. Sure enough, technology is people-oriented. All the hotel service staff I met during my stay were very capable. GGuest UserI like this hotel very much, free parking provides convenience for travel. The front desk service is warm, professional and attentive, very good! The front desk handled the problem in a timely manner, and the phone contacted me in less than 2 minutes to send the items to the room. The price is cheaper than the average big brand hotel chain, but the service and quality are not backward at all. The staff is very professional and a good value for money hotel will also recommend it to friends around you. The overall feeling is very good.
