03.05.2025 tarihinde Grand Sapphire Resort otele giriş yapar yapmaz başladı problemler aksaklıklar. 14.00 teslim edilmesi gereken oda 14.30 a kadar teslim edilmediği için engelli odası verildi. Bu odanın diğer odalardan farkı olmadığı söylendi. Ancak kaldığımız katta diğer arkadaşların odasını görünce şok olduk hiçbir Eskil yoktu odada aksine bizimkinden büyük ve kullanışlı idi. Gardırop küçük banyo küçük oda içi küçük ve odada ayna yoktu arkadaşlar. Sadece tuvalette küçük bir ayna vardı... Otele söylenildiği halde çikişimiza son bir gün kala başka oda teklif edildi ondan öncesinde asla bir irtibat bulamadık. Sürekli oyalama da cabası... Fiyatta anlaştığı mız otel odasından eser yoktu. Tam anlamıyla berbat bir tatildi.

Great service and great location. In the heart of famagusta. Shops and the beach in walking distance. Very close to the historical castle and many other attractions. Rooms are very clean and staff are very helpful. Food was fantastic as well
