Quest'anno abbiamo deciso di tornare in questa bellissima struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'albergo è davvero molto bello, ma ciò che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stata la cortesia e gentilezza dei titolari e di tutto lo staff, i consigli che ci hanno dato sui dintorni e la disponibilità a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La cucina è davvero buonissima....formidabile il risotto alle punte di abete.

Jesteśmy wysoka jakość usług. Przywitanie przez właścicieli bardzo miłe. Pokój duży z balkonem i widokiem na góry. łazienka duża, bardzo czysta. Pokój sprzątany każdego dnia. Śniadania smaczne typu europejskiego, ale kolacje to już coś niesamowitego, wybór z menu, różnorodność potraw no i obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna. Polecam.

Anche quest’anno abbiamo trascorso il Natale in questa bellissima struttura, e come al solito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è sempre pulita in tutte le sue parti, la gentilezza dei titolari e di tutto lo staff è impeccabile , colazione e cene sono semplicemente formidabili senza contare la cena della vigilia di Natale dove è stata creata una atmosfera di una famiglia altoatesina. Titolari e staff sempre pronti a soddisfare con il sorriso e la gentilezza le esigenze dei clienti, cosa per noi molto importante e’ la possibilità di poter far soggiornare anche il nostro cane senza nessun tipo di problema. Bellissime le proposte offerte : piscina - sauna - ecc. più che soddisfacente. Serenità e tranquillità la fanno da padrone, si riesce a soggiornare in massima tranquillità nonostante ci sia parecchio movimento. Urlaubshotel mit schönem Spa Bereich
Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl, Essen (HP) war sehr gut und reichlich. Der Spa Bereich für ein Hotel der 3*s Klasse super. Da es Winter war, kann ich die Aussenanlagen nur als gut schätzend beurteilen. Ich war geschäftlich dort und vermisste eine Internetverbindung, die wegen zu vielen Nutzern zusammenbrach.

Fantastisk køkken 🤗
Vi havde et fantastisk dejligt ophold. Alle der overnatter her, bør nyde deres halvpension. Vi fik en helt fantastisk lækker middag, til meget billige penge.
Der var et lille minus ved opholdet, sengene er meget hårde, en topmadras vil gøre opholdet fuldendt.

Ci sarà pure una ragione se è spesso al completo! Da circa 10 anni frequentiamo questo hotel: era stato appena ristrutturato: estetica molto gradevole che si inserisce armoniosamente nel paese, molto curato, di Falzes. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e sono funzionali, con poggiolo dotato di sdraio, un bel giardino sempre ordinato e ben tenuto; un garage che permette l'accesso alle camere con ascensore. La pulizia regna sovrana ovunque. La cucina diretta dallo chef Andreas è ben tenuta e fa uscire sempre piatti di ottima qualità. La struttura comprende anche una SPA con piscina, sauna e bagno turco; una sala giochi per bambini e delle ebike. Il servizio è svolto da signore gentili e professionali. Quando abbiamo bisogno di un po' di relax ci ritorneremo. Maria Assunta
