It's a really nice place to stay. It's comfy and it's well located. Near the town's centre. Love how big the kitchen is and how quite the rest of the roomates are. Barely saw them and when I did, really nice people. I'll definitely be staying here again. All super clean, despite the toilet being a bit small, but it's okay if you're on the go.

The stay was excellent value for money, convenient location to Falmouth town too, interactions with the staff were pleasant and minimal, smooth check in experience, lots of amenities such as cooking / washing facilities. The bad side was the blinds in room 2 don’t keep out the sunlight so in summer when the sun rises at 5am you get woken up, also if you are facing the road it can be noisy, lastly the bedding could do with being replaced, the pillows were so thin and worn it was pretty uncomfortable.. but if black out blinds / curtains were fitted and the bedding replaced would be much better, also parking can be a pain.

Arrived with my partner to find a very small (tiny in fact) double room which really wasn't fit for purpose. There wasn't any space for suitcases, nowhere really to hang clothes unless you used the coat hooks and the tiniest of ensuites...the sink in which was dreadful. It was so small that if you bent over to do your teeth, you had to open the door. There was a glass shelf immediately above the tiny sink and it was a challenge to do your teeth without hitting your head on it! There was very limited parking for 2 cars down the drive but for fear of being blocked in we never used those spaces as at times we did need to use the car. We did have an electrical issue while we were there and this was sorted very promptly and the room, bedding and ensuite were all clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The house was a 5-10 minute walk into the town centre of Falmouth but it is worth noting for anyone with mobility issues that it's quite a steep road down to it.

Stayed for 3 nights 30/8/24 to 2/9/24. The apartment has everything you could need and was clean and tidy. However, anyone over the height of 5'5 will need to mind their heads in various rooms especially the bathroom as the ceilings are very low but again it was clean and useable. The location is very handy for a 15 minute walk into town but it is located on quite a busy road. My only gripe was I mistakenly left 3 keys on a small key chain on a key rack in the kitchen. I emailed to ask for their return but was notified I would have to pay £40 for privilege re, administration, postage and packaging even though I said I would forward a prepaid envelope, don't leave anything behind because it will cost you. I miss the days of above and beyond customer service ensuring a return visit.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep! I've just left Oasis House after having 3 nights with only a few hours sleep. It is situated on a very busy road. The noise was like the window was open. Constant loud traffic noise all day and well into the night It starts again early morning. I'd add a sound recording to this feedback if it was possible. A quick heads up. There is also a local Cockerell that starts flapping it's beak early morning (not Oasis fault of course, but its worth mentioning). I have a 14 hour journey home today, feeling like a zombie. I spent the days in a daze because of being so tired. I text and emailed the guest house on my first night to ask to change my room to the back of the house. I received a reply the next day to advise that there were no rooms free (to be honest, I think that all rooms would be effected by the noise). I sent a follow up email. Due to this they then put cheap little foam earplugs in my room. This must be a known issue. I have black circles under my eyes that would make a giant Panda jealous. The heating is pre set, so when I was woken early hours by vans zooming past (and Mr Noisy Cockrell) I was cold but unable to put the heating on. The single room is a little cramped, but its a single after all. One part is a sloped ceiling, so unable to use much of that space really. Watch your head on the beam. Oasis may want to get better double glazing and also check if people have logged out of Netflix when they leave. There was some questionble user names left on there when I arrived :-0 Positives - Close to the town centre and clean.

Well this was a horrible experience. Was not able to contact anyone for this listing on a Friday. I wanted to say it was a late check in even though they say check in is from 1600-2400. So I end up at the house at 22:40 with no one there and noone being reachable and not able to get in. Had to search for a different hotel in the middle of the night The phone number given for you call mostly just consist of an answering machine that will give you a new number to the front desk (which they don't have) that you can only text and that they will only answer the following morning. And should you reach anyone to talk to you will find that they are incompetent and lying. The guy I talked to said he would let the hotel know and to contact me shortly. Noone contacted me shortly. The next morning I finally receive a message from someone asking if my check-in went well. They also mixed up the check in and out dates. This place is just a complete no-go

After pulling up and parking on a busy road, we were greeted at the Oasis House by beautiful palm trees and crisp Cornish air. We used the keypad and pre-disclosed code to enter the building (very modern) and were immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell of vomit. We entered our room which was conveniently located on the ground floor. Initially the room appeared pleasant with some nice decor and smart TV. All seemed fine until we inspected further. The bathroom was tiny and you needed to do some sort of yoga pose to operate the shower as it was so tight. If you aren't already very familiar with the person you're sharing a room with you will be by the end of your stay - the door doesn't close properly so leaves no bathroom habits to the imagination. But we decided we wouldn't be spending much time in the room so ignored some of these initial faults. This was until we attempted to sleep. The bed is possibly one of the worst things I've ever slept on, everywhere you turn you are greeted with various springs, I felt like I didn't see my partner all night as his side was so incredibly dipped down. The whole building had a hostel feel, with its shared kitchen and loud comings and goings of other guests. Our stay was so uncomfortable we did actually leave a day early and found somewhere else to stay. Its a budget hotel for a reason, my advice - pay a bit more and stay somewhere better.

I did read a review that said you can park right outside. This is not the case - there are double yellow lines directly outside. I did however manage to park a minute down the road which is fine. I am staying solo and the room is definitely small, however I would prefer having a small room with an on suite than a big room with no on suite. I am situated in a room at the front on the house which is noisy with traffic! But I can sleep with that, so not an issue. The duvet insert inside my duvet cover is larger than the cover which isn't great and there were some hairs on the bedsheets, but nothing too major. The TV is TINY!!! you may need glasses to see anything on it 🤣 but I am not bothered. Nice to have access to the kitchen and dining room too. Pretty relaxed.
