Penmere Manor Hotel

Lovely size of family room. I called to late check in at 11pm. Everything is ready iwhen we arrived. Nice breakfast.

Checking in was annoying beginning with a frosty reception and then being dispensed with key cards that didn't work. After the trek back to the reception, instead of an apology there was more indifference. The hotel also has a strict no outside food policy that went as far as stating how guests would be fined if evidence of it were to be found. I packed away my banana peel just in case.

We were impressed with many things of this beautiful hotel. The spacious bedroom had double sinks in bathroom, a separate shower and bath tub. The swimming pool is a good size, clean and warm. Theres also a sauna and jacuzzi available (which we didn't try). The friendly staff looked after us with food and drinks. The kitchen staff obviously great chefs producing delicious breakfast and evening meals for us. The garden was full of colours and well kept. Everything was clean. We didn't have any problem. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again.

Stayed on business. Excellent good quality Food, Friendly, Competent and Helpful Staff. Garden Rooms are very large and comfortable. Nice peaceful setting and convenient location for Penmere Station and walking into town. Have booked to return.

From first entering to leaving we found every member of staff that we dealt with to be friendly and attentive as well as professional and capable. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was well run and organised with a good well priced menu, the food was excellent and again the service was outstanding. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were great. Although we didn't see Falmouth at it's best due to the weather, the Penmere Manor made up for that. Will certainly be returning.
