Lovely stay
Room was very nice and a lot more spacious than we anticipated!
Only slight issues which were there was food left over in the fridge which was out of date and seal on the shower did seep through water as well

A really nice stay for 2 nights. The host Linda was very welcoming and gave some good advice for the local area. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back next time were in Falmouth.

Lovely family room, en-suite shower and surprisingly a well appointed kitchenette including oven, hob and fitted fridge. Just 5 min walk into Falmouth town meant we could leave the car in the handy private car park at the back of the property. Lynda and her staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights in September whilst down for work. Lynda the host was very friendly. The location is excellent, in fact it couldn't really be better. Gylly Beach is 3-4 minutes walk, the high street no more than 5 minutes. Off road parking behind the house which is spacious and easy, not always a given with Cornwall! The room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi was quick. There is no breakfast, but there is fruit if you want a snack. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. For me personally I would certainly opt for here with no breakfast, as the location makes it an easy winner. Also very reasonable value for Falmouth. Thoroughly recommend and will stay again.

Just left this morning and can honestly not fault this place. Lynda was such a gracious host. Nothing was too much of an ask. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area with some great suggestions of places to try. Room was spacious and spotless! Yes a little noise from the road but what do you expect? If you want total silence then stay at home 👏. Would 100% stay here again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay ❤️

A Warm welcome, no breakfast but fruit left out in lieu which was better honestly. Clean, cosy, warm, quiet in Room no 1. A bijou bathroom. But that was fine for me as a single guest. 5 mins from train station. 7 mins from town. A bus stop outside for a round town circular route. Down the road to the beach . There are big rooms with kitchens for families. Rocket the Doggie on hand for a bit of bunny throwing lol. A lovely family guest house where you are made most welcome. I'd highly recomnend staying here. I was here for a week for the Tall Ships festival.
