A quiet stay, not many people about at the end of the “Season” - perfect. Lovely location, elevated but not too far from Falmouth with several restaurants and bars open to choose from, you won’t be stuck for choice. Neem Apartments has everything we needed as described, clean, well furnished and super service, Collette is a perfect host, helpful and attentive. Close to many beautiful beaches, (you would benefit with a car) fantastic views from our terrace towards the harbour. The pool (we had to ourselves) is clean and fresh, we had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Collette and her team. ❤️

Property was clean and very quiet. great view of Harbor from balcony. Location was very close to things in Falmouth and English Harbor. Collette was very pleasant and took care of any needs or concerns. Would Definitely rent again

I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Neem. Colette made my stay one of the best because she was accommodating, helpful, and went beyond my expectations. I had everything that I needed plus more. I love the privacy I had throughout my stay. I will definitely return to Neem.

Superb!! Wish we were still there!
We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to.
Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore!
Collette was brilliant and so helpful with everything with fantastic communication before, during and after the trip. We will definitely be back! (Family of 4 with children aged 8 and 4)

The property was in a lovely area overlooking the hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Collette and her team were so lovely and helpful with transport and logistics. The apartment is clean and there is lots of space to relax and enjoy the views and relax.
It is far away from town and if you are going to stay here it is good to have a car or arrange for reliable transport to get around and visit other areas. Getting to a meeting venue on the other side of the island was quite stressful every day for a week. There are not many places to eat close by and there is only 1 small general shop so it is a good idea to go do your shopping so you can self cater in advance.

This was my second time starting on this property, Nicollete is so sweet I believe she is the property manager. She accommodated me because I needed to check in a day early, the property is always quiet. All the apartments are gated in, it’s a nice beach maybe 7 mins away driving. And a nice pool on the grounds of the apartments.
