The staff are very service-oriented and try to accommodate whenever possible. The room was clean and nice - bed comfortable. As noted in other reviews, the AC is an in-window unit but worked very well. The included continental breakfast was very nice. All in, good value especially in peak season on the Cape.

Charming Cape Cod . Lovely and clean suite. Front desk and especially Dawn the manager fantastic. Loved the pillows ,wish I could have stuffed one in my suitcase but it was already filled with one I brought with me. Went there for a Celebration of Life which they also handled beautifully. Thanks again.

My wife says it is ‘cute’. She wishes small changes in breakfast from day to day would be nice instead of it being the same daily. I say: the place is very old and it shows. The building is crooked. Floors and the ceilings are not level, doors are small. TV is old (over 20 yrs old) A nice upgrade to the place would be good.

WARNING BEWARE: We thought for the price this place charges we would get a good night sleep before leaving in the early morning for appointment @6am at the Falmouth Hospital! But that wasn’t the case. The floors between the upstairs units and the downstairs have no soundproofing at all, and unfortunately we could hear every footsteps until midnight or so. Called the management and the manger John Norton said basically we can give you a discount if you want to come back and try it again! We wouldn’t stay there for free after this experience and the way they handled it!!!

Don't stay in Room 18. Living room furniture uncomfortable; the sink is TOO HIGH; bed very uncomfortable; no real closet and only 4 hangers; NO bureau/dresser for clothes. Lamps next to bed poorly positioned. We had to move to different room. Only good part ... breakfast was OK and staff was helpful.

We had an issue with a broken cot. I shared my experience with the front desk and the response was they would make amends on a future visit. I was disappointed in their response. My trust is broken - why would I want to return? It was very disappointing.

The hotel was tired. Not especially clean. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Everything was a poor quality. The staff were unhelpful. We used the glasses in the room and they were never replaced over a four day stay. The rubbish was not removed for the room, not the dirty crockery.
