The hotel is clean. I did ask for a balcony and did not get a room with one. other than that I would go again. The beds are soft and the rooms where clean

Hi, we stayed in a king fireplace room (806) that supposedly slept 4 with my 7 and 3 year old. The pullout was incredibly small. It’s approximately the size of a twin bed. Which is falsely advertised to sleep 2. My kids barely fit on it and continually bumped into each other at night. The mattress of that pull out was super thin and VERY uncomfortable with every spring being felt. We would have booked a different room, but the only other option was two full beds which is too small for two adults to fit in comfortably. The floor was sandy on the day we checked in and remained so despite specific asks via a note for the housekeeping staff to vacuum. There is inadequate space to unpack clothes in the room. As there are no dressers and the wall units only have two drawers. We ended moving all of the decorative accents on the wall units around and using the shelves for storage of clothes. There were only 4 hangers in the closet. There are drain flies present in the room. That’s so gross. I have pictures of them on the pillows when we would return to the room after a day out. I do believe a drain cleaning would be helpful. We are at the breakfast buffet on our first morning there. The food was good, though I would appreciate more “healthy” options. Hard boiled eggs. Oatmeal (not the premade kind with lots of sugar). Overall, the quality of the food was good for the price point. However, two suggested improvements: 1) the food labels should include allergens (?do the eggs include dairy? Butter or milk?… etc) 2) the staff should provide beverage service. Every single hotel breakfast buffet/ service I have been to has the waitstaff walk around refilling the coffee, water, etc. When we arrived I asked for two hot coffees and two waters in a kids cup. The waitstaff just handed me a kids cup w a lid and pointed to the coffee. The mugs are small. So having to get up multiple times to refill coffee w small kids is very frustrating. It would really augment the service of the restaurant to have the breakfast staff take breakfast drink orders and refill as needed. The lunch options from the hatch would benefit from increased healthy options.

I recently stayed here this past weekend and the experience was very poor especially given the price we had paid and the expectations that were give. We arrived to our room having multiple stains on our comforter, as well as the chair and the bathroom. Our window shade was also broken and so was the towel holder next to the shower which fell off the second we put a towel on. When I went down and spoke to the manager, and showed her the pictures, she asked "what would you like me to do". She said that she could have a cleaning crew come in and clean it, but I needed to quickly get ready for an event. She then asked if I wanted another room and I said yes, then her reply was "well we are all booked" without even looking in the computer. So she said "there is only 2 things we can do, clean it or put you in another room and there are no other rooms". I was not looking at her nametag, I was looking at the pictures I took to show her, so the accusation was a little shocking. Overall the manager came off very cold and had little care or desire to fix the solution. We paid over $1,000 to stay here 2 nights and could not believe that we were not ony subjected to a dirty room but there seemed to be no care or desire to amend the situation. We will not be back and will recommend other locations to friends and family in the future.

Property is fine. The beach is amazing. Food is much better than it's been in the past. I would recomend this property if you want a great beach.

Steer away from here, note clean, outdated facilities and definitely not worth the premium being charged - stained carpets, dingy rooms - we had to leave as soon as we checked out as both the facilities and rooms don’t match the experience you are getting

Old Silver Beach is absolutely beautiful and Seacrest Resort keeps it well manicured. Not ONE piece of seaweed to be found! The most spectacular sunsets! ALL employees go above and beyond. Servers come to you on the beach with beverages and/or food. What a life, I tell ya’! We NEVER left the resort because EVERYTHING you could want was right at your fingertips! The best homemade omelette’s at their breakfast buffet and the French pastries at the other store that sold sundries as well as an assortment of coffees/teas, etc were outstanding! Definitely get the *Ocean Front* rooms because you are literally steps away from the beach. Heaven on earth and can’t wait to go again!!’
