Inn on the Sound is a true gem on Falmouth Sound. Each well appointed room showcases exquisite attention to detail. Clean, pristine, with super comfy beds, views looking out on the water towards Martha's Vineyard. Gorgeous grounds and terraces to relax and enjoy delicious breakfast served every morning. The baked treats each afternoon are splendid. Warm friendly host Debbie and staff go above and beyond to enhance your stay. Feels like home. A winner in every way! *5 easy breezy stars*****

My husband and I shared a wonderful experience at Inn on the Sound. We were there celebrating our 14th anniversary and stayed in the Quissett Harbor room. The views were spectacular! The location was perfect, with ocean views from the Inn and from our window, 2 minute walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants close by. Great area for running with a path right along the water! The Inn itself was perfectly run, with every careful detail thought out. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there were tons of options on the breakfast menu each day. The rooms and common spaces were all very clean and well kept. I enjoyed the little extra amenities like drinks and cookies, and another kind of random thing, great shower pressure! lol nothing I would change about this experience!

The Inn was everything I had hoped for and more. Our room was absolutely beautiful and bright, the breakfasts were amazing and Lisa was an amazing host. I wish we lived closer, as I would make this a yearly trip. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were even treated to chocolate covered strawberries and prosecco to help us celebrate! 5 stars!!!

Absolutely loved this inn, from the location to most comfortable bed and pillows and those afternoon cookies fantastic different each day we were there. Great breakfast and everyone working there couldn’t be nicer, highly recommend staying at this Inn. They even supply chairs, beach towels and umbrella for the beach

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Inn. Such a charming place…we couldn’t have picked a better spot! Our room was pristine and the overall place clean and well stocked with soda and water and delicious cookies in the afternoon. My husband is STILL talking about the oatmeal raisin cookies! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and we loved eating out on the deck with the view of the ocean. It was such a relaxing place to be. We also loved the self-check-in and really appreciated the owners letting us check in early as our arrival was a bit earlier than we anticipated. There were restaurants in walking distance. We actually visited Shipwrecked twice because we enjoyed our meal so much the first time. Not a fancy place, but fun atmosphere and good food. The ferry to MV was a short 12 minute walk. We found Falmouth to be very charming and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Inn again!

A little gem on the Sound that we have been back to many, many times. Inn Keepers and Staff are superior... Always making sure everything is as we would like... and offered homemade cookies every afternoon. Right across from the Sound and a few steps to the beach ... providing beach chairs and towels.

We had a fantastic stay here! Debbie and her crew take such great care of their houseguests. The breakfasts were delicious, the house was fully stocked for all of our needs, the beach bag with fluffy towels were appreciated, as was the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach across the street. We stayed in the Quisset Harbor room. While it was not the largest room, it was quite cozy and decorated nicely. We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

We had a short window for a getaway for our 20th wedding anniversary and planned a little trip to Falmouth/Woods Hole. We stayed in the Green Harbor room, which was bright and breezy with a deck overlooking the water. It was perfect for our night away!! We arrived to find champagne and strawberries chilling with a Haopy Anniversary message, which was such a lovely surprise!! Though we were only there for one night we were very impressed with the care taken to make the guest experience positive- quick response to a question we had about bike storage and early-check in, cookies and soft drinks available in the main area, lovely amenities in the room (water, lip balm, chocolate). We both would go back in a heartbeat!!
