Quoted a price and booked. Get to the hotel clerk can’t get computers to work. Then tells me he only way she can honor the quote was to pay by cash. After over a half hour she asks if I still want the room but I would have to pay a different price. Don’t understand how she can accept cash but not credit cards. Finally paid full price on a credit card. Then get to the room and the a/c won’t work had to keep turning on and off to get to work all night. Told the supposed manager she indicated sdge over heard the whole thing with my check in. Why didn’t she get off her but and help the clerk

It’s a wonderful place to stay! The staff are friendly, the beds are comfy, the pool/ hot tub stays open 24 hrs and is heated, the breakfast has lots of hot and cold options- the cinnamon rolls are yummy!We would definitely stay here again- our family loved it!

When we arrived, there was no clerk at the front desk. After five minutes or so, she wandered in and we were able to check in. The CFL bulb in the bedside lamp was burned out and the CFL in the floor lamp was too dim for reading. So, we swapped in our own personal LED bulbs.

I requested a top floor and quiet room because I am a light sleeper and an older guest. General Manager gave me a wonderful and very large suite on the top floor. I am so grateful for fulfilling my request. Odin Krebs, Front Desk Associate, gets a million gold stars for being so kind, professional, and guest-oriented. Room was super-clean with a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Breakfast buffet and hostess are just as wonderful. This hotel does things right!

I will only stay here when I go to Fallon to visit family. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, great location and fantastic amenities. We love the pools and how family oriented this hotel is. Breakfast could be a bit better but does the trick.

We were greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. From our point of view, the cleanliness was poor. A used shower towel was hanging in the bathroom, chewed gum was under the bed and many small flies (both dead and alive) bothered us. We were a bit disappointed as we are otherwise very happy with Holiday Inn.

We were a bit frustrated and disapointed. Normally we are quite happy with Holiday Inn but bot this time. - There were bugs in the Hotel (All the time appearing allthough we were killing them) - A used towel was still inside as we enterd - Chewing gum was under the bed which is very revolting We were not very happy with this hotel.

Would’ve given 5 stars except the room was quite musty smelling, carpet was gross put socks back on to walk on it felt grimy, tub was dirty, breakfast the boiled eggs were very dry and unappetizing barely took a bite went into the trash , carton of milk was chunky. The beds were very firm and not comfortable for myself. Husband didn’t mind the bed though. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it as it was pretty busy. It was quiet in the room so that’s a plus. No traffic noise that we could hear.

Very clean hotel - from the lobby to the room. Air conditioning worked very well in the room. The staff was very nice and attentive. All rooms were smoke-free. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, cinnamon rolls, and other breads. Delicious coffee and juices... The pool was well maintained but we didn't use it.
