3000 Sqft 5Br/4BTH Villa with Pool and Hot Tub

A Spacious Country Retreat This 5 bdrm 3 bath, 2-story house sits in a very quiet country neighborhood next to a small forest. It is well maintained and very comfortably furnished with ample off-street parking in both the garages and driveway. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds are a plus. There is a small bedroom and bathroom downstairs, but you must remove shoes when going upstairs due to carpeting. The kitchen great room is well stocked and cozy—plenty for our group of seven adults. The pool and spa are gorgeous—we spent lots of time enjoying them. This property is a place to relax quietly due to its proximity to neighbors, not a place for loud gatherings. After 9 pm, there can be no outside noise. The lovely neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk for fresh air and exercise.

Space to sleep, not to entertain My recent stay was quite disappointing for the price paid. The property's photos were significantly outdated, creating a false impression. Strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM felt excessive. Cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty dishes, stained carpets, worn towels, and a general lack of essential supplies. No way to host a party with Only 7 forks. I had to run to the store a few time to get essential items to prepare host a BBQ… which the BBQ included grill grates that were fashioned from something other than what came with the BBQ. While the check-in process was smooth and the pool and spa were nice, and the overall square footage was impressive, these positives were overshadowed by the restrictions on noise, making it unsuitable for anyone planning a party or even a moderately lively gathering. We just had family, me and my adult children and we were called out on noise violations through an electronic monitoring system tracking us. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you value accurate representation and flexibility during your stay.
