The massage therapist was acting stressed and not putting the comfort of the customer first. Leaving with more ache than before the massage. Not supporting the body properly during the massage and getting annoyed when receiving requestes of minor adjustments of supporting cushions.

We had the best possible weekend! This place exudes coziness and charm, making it the perfect retreat. The decor is stunning, and every corner invites you to relax and unwind. But the real highlight? The spa! Imagine drifting away in a luxurious, serene atmosphere, with every treatment designed to rejuvenate your body and soul. The combination of warm saunas, soothing massages, and stunning sea views is simply magical. And hey, the food is great too! Swipe to feel the swedish magic with the pictures we took. What a place

In general a very nice place with great food & drinks, friendly & professional staff et cetera. However, the room itself (maybe I had bad luck?) reminded me about an old school Scandic Hotel room which was a bit surprising since everything else is great here. Coffee to go when you check out, nice!

very strange hall, it looks more like a shop than a hotel. Rooms are ok, little bit small. Restaurant is poshy, but choose of dishes is poor (even if quality is high). Prices are high for average european traveller. Breakfast is rich, internet connection is ok and fast

They called a day before to check if I had questions. I had it regarding charging my car. They informed me about correct app etc. made a big difference. The hotel, spa restaurant, the rooms were great. Dinner and breakfast just fine! And finally, the setting with the ocean - just great!

The price was 3817 for 2 adults. Including spa (not treatment), dinner and breakfast. It was fine but not worth the money. The check in was friendly. Check in time was 16:00 but she help us so we could get our room at 15:00 Room was small for 2 adults. Spa was too crowded and after 9pm you can enjoy seeing some guests who were so drunk screaming and make out in the pool. A bit like party hotel in Ibiza. Ordered sushi, was surprised the way they served their sushi, more like poker bowl but less rice and vegetables. 155kr for nothing. The worst part is food in the restaurant which included in the price. The stuffs were polite but the food was not good at all. So salty that you can’t catch any other taste. Now comes the good part. Breakfast.. it was good choices at breakfast so it was a plus. Only 1 plus. Otherwise big no for coming back :-) Great staycation tho. It was definitely not worth the price we paid for (way overpriced, really!) But at least we have tried.

Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent!!!! We were celebrating my fiancée’s 50th birthday. Upon arrival we were met by one of the Guest Excellence Managers called Frida. She was fantastic and very helpful. She showed us around and explained all the things we needed to know. We booked a double room with Terrace and seaview and I’m so pleased we did, It was beautiful, fresh and clean. The view was stunning. The beds were very comfortable, loads of cosy pillows. The bathroom was also beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and fresh! The retreat club was superb, the indoor pool was lit up in the evening with nice lighting, very warm and there was great music playing all the time ( not the usual Whale sound music you get at other spa’s) and the atmosphere was great. There were also plenty of cocktails available to purchase and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a jacuzzi outside and another larger pool as well. The restaurant was great and space for a lot of guests. The food did take a while to arrive but we didn’t see this as a negative thing as we had the time to enjoy the moment, no stress. We ordered a 3 course meal and there was plenty to choose from on the menu. All three courses were delicious and the pepper steak was perfectly cooked!! All the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional!! The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much food to choose from and something for everyone. Everything tasted great!! We checked out at 11 o’clock and were still allowed to use the spa until 14:00. We have only got positive feedback to give, there was nothing negative about our stay, we loved every minute of it. The best spa I’ve ever been to!!!! We will be definitely be coming back

Wanted to give a good rating - food was okay and the place is nice but the service.. wow.. really really bad. 😕 Check in starts at 4 pm - seemed to be a surprise for the one poor woman in the reception (long line). Dinner (fixed time) the same. Pool was nice - and the lounge. Lady at the spa the same. After a long day, we went to our room around 11 pm just to find out that the music at the hall was SO loud (nice lounge music - if kept at a certain level). Tried to call reception - speech only in Swedish but managed to get through.. got voicemail saying that they were very busy “but please wait” - otherwise they recommended going to the reception. After +20 minutes I gave up, got up, found bathrobe, went to reception where three (!) employees didn’t have anything to do… they didn’t care much about my complaints… seemed that they couldn’t care less- but they did eventually turn down the volume. Such a bad example of poor customer service- that basically ruins the good impression of the place.

I stayed at the hotel with my two children, who were both below 13 years of age. Because of that, we were only allowed to be in the outside pool area, and in the Kelly's room. The indoor pools were off limits. Here come the positives and the negatives of our stay: + The positives: - Superb location. Right on the Skrea beach with shallow waters for children to play in (during the warm time of the year). It's lovely to take a walk along the beach and look at the many seashells even on overcast days. - Quite nice breakfast. We really enjoyed the variety of foods: cold cuts, breads, fruits, veggies, cereals, yoghurts, desserts, cheese, jams, eggs, etc. - Hotel's guests have free of change access to the public swimming pool "Klitterbadet". My children absolutely loved swimming there and playing with the big blown up water snake that one can climb on. - I liked the games and books in our room. - The negatives: - The bathroom was very small. I didn't like the shower curtains. Surely a fancy hotel can afford shower cabins? Every time one of us took a shower, the shower curtain would stick to our bodies. Furthermore, there was nothing in the bathroom to collect the shower water with. There was not even a proper shower mat to stand on after taking a shower or floor heating to dry up the wet floor. The water temperature kept changing as well: from warm to cool, cold, then back to warm again. - Our armchair was semi-broken. The cushion kept falling through the missing/broken parts of the seat. - I didn't like the plastic plant in our room. - I didn't enjoy the fact that my children were not allowed to enjoy all of the swimming areas. And those parts of the pool that they were allowed to be in were overrun by other guests. The fact that there was access to "Klitterbadet" saved our days. - The sofa that we slept on was squeaking with every turn we made. So, all in all pretty mixed feelings about our stay. I probably wouldn't bother going there again.
