First of all, the Reception should be updated with better technology. The first thing the person at the counter told me was that I had to pay cash for my room, without even checking the system and see that I Paid in full for my stay in advanced. I had to look for the receipts and show the person at the counter that I paid because he didn’t have that information. Also, the towels in the room smelled like sweat. They only offered half of a toilet paper. The electricity ? Every day the electricity went off 4 and even 5 times, especially at night, which was very inconvenient and unsafe. The AC control was damaged, went off a few times, there was a tv but with no cable. As complementary items they offer two small bottle of water 2 small snacks. They definitely need to do better and update a lot of stuff, especially for the price they charge per day. Won’t stay in this hotel again .

The Manager Ali and the staff are the most professional, caring, kind, respectful people on the planet. Extremely hospitable and supportive to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and memorable! Great! Great! Great! Also, bring some extra money for tips. These people go to the next level and deserve something extra. Also, they have a great shoppe right on the property. Great stuff!

Dishonourable people! Quoted us a price including breakfast for 13 days. When we ammended to 12 days told me breakfast is extra. We've stayed at the Serena several times previously who go the extra mile for guests. We will now be staying at the Serena which costs a little more but for me it's not entirely about cost but also about honesty and integrity. This would have been the first time We'd stayed but now we will never stay here and will not recommend them to our family and friends. We are a large family and have a wide circle of friends who frequent faisalabad several times a year. Loosers is what I would call this hotel.

Breakfast is good thanks to Zahid and Quratulain they were very helpful and also thank you Hotel One family we definitely will visit in next Feb. One more thing to be added that preferable rooms on the second floor are upgraded , neat & clean plus gym is a good condition.

Recently we stayed at Hotel One in Faisalabad and I am really happy for housekeeping team services they are very careful about the hygiene standard and very good way of cleanliness I requested for new towels and bed sheets and they quickly provided us. Overall the hotel's cleanliness is very excellent.

The stay went very comfortable as travelled with my spouse, love the ambiance and the breakfast with good options. The hotel is very good to stay with families. One employee I want to highlight is the reception female Ayesha she helped us a lot during our stay.

Overall stay at hotel one Faislabad was wonderful! Staff is very courteous, helpful and well trained. Our rooms were cleaned in detail. Pillows were made fluffy and bed sheets were crisp clean. Bathrooms were cleaned and supplies were replenished on daily basis. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!
