One of there housekeepers walked into my room unannounced! She didn’t knock nor did she ask if anyone was in the room once she entered. The hotel doesn’t seem too worried about it and I don’t appreciate that. That was a complete invasion of my privacy and is absolutely unacceptable!

This hotel opened a few months ago. It recently transitioned from the Four Points to the Radisson. This hotel is updated and very clean. The property has great amenities to include an indoor pool, complementary breakfast and a fitness center. The room was very comfortable, I had a great stay. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looked perfect, clean and nice. What’s the most important part? The bed. The mattress was rock hard. Think of a mattress your grandma would have in the basement from the 1970s that hasn’t been used in decades…so uncomfortable and lumpy. Could feel every hard spring too. I go to a vacation to hope for more comfort above what I have at home. This hotel had true potential but the bed completely ruined it.

This likely the worst hotel I've booked. No work elevators (2). Tub & sink were dirty
The carpet is visibily dirty particular on the lighter carpet. Walls & door especially in public places are terribly dirty. The entire place needs a thorough scrub down. Daytime desk attendant was pleasant (Lucas) Evening staff, not so much. All of the hallways and stairways are hot and/or humid. I requested to have a room change since i was on the 4th floor with physicial limitations. I was denied and told my reservation was for a King & there are none on 1st floor.
Only book here if you are desperate. Clearly i was in hindsight.

Good place, comfy beds. Booked 2 rooms, called to ask for conjoined rooms and was told no. Breakfast was small, and no selection. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage.
