I was impressed walking in. Big open lobby with an inviting Restaurant/Bar. The room had a nice shower, great pillows and big TV. A huge bonus to staying here is the fantastic selection of hot sauces and delicious chicken wings. I stayed here for work and it was very conveniently located next to the highway and a well stocked gas station

I went down to get the complimentary breakfast like I do anytime I stay at a holiday inn. However, I quickly realized that this wasn’t your standard complimentary breakfast. I went to talk to someone at the front desk and wait 5min before giving up. I went back to the room and called down to ask if the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and the man rudely responded by stating it’s definitely not complimentary. In the future I will stay down the road in Shiloh where they take care of their guests with respect and include a complimentary breakfast. Or maybe I will start staying at the Durry across the street who has a free happy hour and breakfast.

The hallway to the rooms had a very bad smile and the carpet was stained very badly.The lock on the room door would not lock properly.The shower would not turn on completely. Carpet in the room was very dirty.

Suite was great; lots of room to get up early and go for my run without waking my wife. Microwave didn't work but the front desk gentleman quickly found a carfe of boiling hot water for our evening tea. Was disappointed that there was no breakfast in the morning. As an IHG member. As long as it has IHG in the title of the hotel , it has "always" had an included breakfast. Not this one.

We’ve been on the road for 30 days, and Brittany is one of the friendliest and most efficient servers we have come across in 17 different states. The food was prepared perfectly, and Brittany catered to our every need, with grace and humor. She is a real “people person” and deserves to be promoted.

The staff was great from teh sevond we checked in until the day we checked out. The restaurant located at the hotel had friendly service and good food that was served up with a smile. The entire hotel was gorgeous and kept clean from what i could see. I will absolutely stay here on my trips back into town every chance I get!

Couple of friends and I went to an convention in St. Louis and did a one night stay here. Check in was easy, room was clean, and bed was fine. A couple of things that could be improved like the lights in my bathroom didn't work and some easy to take care of stains in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty unreasonably priced for what little they had to offer. Would NOT stay away from it by any means. It's a good place.

My wife and I stayed a several days over the Thanksgiving period due to a death in the family. I’ll start with the good. Every individual we met associated with the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We had several breakfast meals in the restaurant and they were excellent and our server was exceptionally nice. The rooms were large and clean, and a rarity these days, towels were exchanged and the trash emptied. The provided bottled was a welcome touch. Now for the less than great. Every evening we had to get our room access cards activated, I’m a slow learner, so the first three days after our cards would not work I hat to make the trip to the front desk to get them activated. After that we just did it when we came back in the evening. The ceiling light in our room would not work properly, and it was dark with only the other lighting. We asked three or four times for it to be fixed. An attempt was made but was unsuccessful. The guest laundry was not cleaned during our stay, and it was pretty dirty. So, overall it was ok, but we came back a week later and stayed across the street at the Drury and it was better
