Cozy &Quiet/Safe Pvt Studio/Projector/free parking

Peaceful oasis with a great view! The entry was well lit and the space was clean, set-up well and works for 2 people. We stay for 6 days and look forward to staying again the next time I visit the Bay Area The parking was great and my aunt was pleased with the accommodations. The only issue was the indoor temperature was overly warm the first night, but I contacted the host and this was rectified the following day.

Not as pictured The picture online was taken when the place was at its prime. Now, the place is dirty, broken, and unsafe. The host messages and listing description required deciphering each time due to the errors and typos. The place was dirty and needed various repairs- some of which affected safety of the place. It was clear that the place was not cleaned prior to my arrival and generally just needed a thorough deep cleaning to be suitable to stay in. I left the rental early and filed a dispute with VRBO. I highly recommend that no one else stay at this place until the host has someone properly clean the place and fix all the repairs. Additionally, the host should consider hiring a property manager since it seems he is incapable of doing it himself.
