The Overlook Guesthouse is a gated 815 square foot studio plus 276 square foot porch with 1,110 square foot deck (2,201 total sq ft of outdoor/indoor living) with a private driveway completed in 2023. Large marble island, kitchenette with marble countertops, queen size bed plus comfortable full size futon bed, desk, and table. Nestled behind a gate, this Casita has views from the Bay Bridge to the San Mateo Bridge, mountain views, and a view of San Francisco. Quiet, secure, and very private including your own private yard. Your closest neighbor will be approximately 200 feet away. This is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors including law enforcement officials who are often seen outside washing their vehicles or BBQing with their families. We are 10 mins from BART and 10 mins from Cal State East Bay. We live in the main home approximately 200 feet away. The lot has 24/7 video recording on premises which is monitored to detect unwanted parties/events, and we are available anytime for any issues that may arise. Maximum four guest allowed. Additional guest require a charge of $25 per person per night. No smoking/no parties/events. $1,500 fee for violating smoking rule or having a party/event. The studio Casita sits on top of 1.4 acres. The lot is divided by a deer fence.
