Graduation at the University Way to beat up for the price. Room smelled. Must be a high traveled, nice appearing but rough place for the price.

Mostly Great Check in hostess was friendly and gave us a free upgrade. She was terrific! Breakfast was beyond expectations! Delicious variety. The wait staff kept everything hot and filled. Pool and hot tub were not open and in working order. We did choose this hotel in part so we could hot tub. This was disappointing. Front desk gal said we could go down the street to their other hotel, Comfort Inn, and use their hot tub. We chose not to do that in November.

Definitely a disappointment. My sister and I stayed here in November of 2024. We chose this hotel because we were extremely impressed with our stay at the Towneplace Suites in Sidney, OH, just a few weeks earlier. This hotel did not compare to the one in Sidney. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms. Here are the cons: The options on the TV were horrible There was not enough light in the shower The light switches on all the walls had been removed. You now have to walk across a dark room, find a light with a switch to turn on. Shower head is low enough for a midget Bath tub did not drain well No counter space AT ALL in the bathroom No ventilation in the bathroom Outlet in bathroom is 2 feet away from the counter Couch in living room is as hard as a rock, and made for people with 5 feet long legs Elevator consistently did not work Shower knob was extremely hard to pull up and down There were not enough electric outlets to plug devices in to The lock on the door did not work properly Bedroom lighting is very poor. Nowhere in bathroom to hang towels. As soon as you open the room door, the door hits the kitchen table. I think this was considered a handicap room, and yet a wheelchair will not fit into the entrance door, due to the table restricting the door from opening all the way. The front of the kitchen counter was exposed wood above the dishwasher. Very unattractive. Pros: The room is spacious enough for 2 people The kitchen is adequate. Felt that the hotel in general was safe and secure

We had a great stay! The kitchen in the room had everything you could ever need. You’re able to borrow games and whatever else you may need! Clean room and they had a snack section by the front desk for when you get late night cravings. The pool was a decent size and was decently clean. The fitness center looked good. Free weights, treadmills and one other thing I think. No towels were out to use by the pool though :/ I really enjoyed my time here and plan on staying again when I’m in town to visit family!

Breakfast was disappointing but otherwise everything was fine
