Residence Inn Fairfield Napa

We stayed four nights at this property. We are Marriott Rewards members and have visited a number of the RI's. We were greeted warmly upon check-in and our room was ready. We had a two bedroom unit and it was well furnished and comfy. Kitchen had a good supply of utensils, something we don't always get; have had missing pots and pans, toaster, etc. The beds were great and we like the updated bathrooms. Breakfast pretty much on par with the other Marriott's, though did notice a lack of pastry items. Pretty good eggs, though! We did use the pool and enjoyed it. My wife did like the workout room. No sound from other visitors or the street. Most importantly....free parking! Yay! I hate where they nickel and dime customers so kudos to the operators of this location. It is very much appreciated! Location is only 15 minutes or so to Napa and easy freeway access. Overall, a good experience and one we are happy to repeat when we head to the area again.

It's not exactly a destination hotel, but it was nice, well-appointed and the staff was accommodating. We had a group of about 20 family members there for a memorial service and the hotel let us take over an area near the lobby and bring in our own pizza, salad, wine, etc. the night before. I thought the rates were very reasonable and it included a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was acceptable. I was only there for one night, but if I had needed to stay longer, my room had a lot of amenities that would have made it pleasant. (kitchen, seating area)_When I initially checked in, the room was quite close to an elevator and so I asked to be moved. The front desk did so graciously and courteously and gave me a very quiet room.

What a worst customer service, rude unprofessional staff.We went there with family and were disappointed with the customer service.Never recommend it to anyone. Absolutely disgusting, whole vacation was ruined .This is the kind of treatment one get to being a loyal customer for years.
