The stay was okay just that we got disturbed during the night when the fire alarm was going on and when we went to the lobby we were told that it’s nothing serious. Also the breakfast was just so so, the lady serving breakfast was just standing not making sure that the place is clean

We appreciated the stay and everyone was so helpful with a special shout out to Vinny at the front desk. We had a meeting that was going to be longer than expected and Vinny was so kind to offer a little later check out to accommodate us. I saw him also personally helping out another guest with a carry cart and proving him a trash bag. Vinny went over and above last weekend. We are headed back to the Fairfield area and because of the exceptional kindness and service we decided to book the same hotel. Thanks! 5 stars!

Always a great stay and good accommodations. Beds and room comfortable. Vinny is a great guy and remembers us from our visits .the only negative about this hotel is the faucets never seem to have any water pressure. We will return. The TV channels could be better . This place is usually booked up so book early

We booked 18 rooms through the groups department for a youth basketball event. Upon getting there from Hawaii we were told we no longer had the rooms. Definitely was not an ideal way to start a long trip. There had been several emails go unresponded to over the course of time including 2 in the week leading up to our arrival. But we just assumed since we had a contract on the rooms we would be fine. Once we got there they told us we had never completed info in a link we got, but that was an email that we had responded to that the link was not working and never got a response from them on. In fairness to the hotel, I am sure it’s good to stay at if you are traveling alone, but if you are traveling with a group I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. This was our 4th place to stay this summer with this group and had 0 issues at other Hampton Inns.

Very nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed…reasonable price. When checking out the manager, Vinny took the time to explain the Honors program and to sign us up…even adjusting the price of our stay to reflect the program, thus insuring that we will stay in the Hilton family of hotels in the future

Strongly recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here for a full week due to work training. The front desk staff, especially Griffin, were extremely accommodating. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were highly receptive to any of our needs. The breakfast was great, and we were constantly being offered bottles of water and chocolate chip cookies upon our return for the day. If I ever have additional training or travel in this area I will be returning.
