I recently stayed at this location for a graduation weekend. While the hotel is conveniently located near the venue, my overall experience was disappointing. Despite booking three rooms, the level of service I received was unacceptable. One of the main issues was that my room was not cleaned properly. When I reported the issue, I was calm and respectful, yet I felt dismissed and treated unfairly—perhaps because I wasn’t confrontational. It seemed the hotel was overwhelmed due to graduation season, which may explain the lack of attention to cleanliness and hospitality. To make matters worse, I was charged a hidden parking fee that I was not informed about in advance—especially frustrating since I booked through a third-party site. I’ve attempted to contact management multiple times. I’ve only received email responses, and no one has taken true accountability or offered a sincere apology. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. If you’re planning a graduation trip, I suggest looking elsewhere. It’s clear that during busy seasons, this location struggles to maintain basic service standards.
