We used it for one night. The free shuttle from the airport came in about 5 minutes when I called from the airport. Check in late at night, sightseeing in the city the next day and going to China Onsen from the evening, so I regret that my hotel stay was short. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the relevant information we were interested in.
