Posto fantastico gestito da persone cordiali che ti fanno sentire a casa ogni secondo. Camera pulitissima ed ampia, manca frigo bar in camera. Colazione e cena superlative, porzioni abbondanti e prodotti di qualità. Un ottimo hotel anche per i più piccini 🔝🔝

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel Fai nel mese di Agosto 2025. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata e perfettamente curata. Camere molto accoglienti e spaziose. Cucina di altissima qualità con proposte sempre diverse, sapientemente preparate. Un encomio particolare ai meravigliosi padroni di casa, Osvaldo e Giusi, che hanno prontamente soddisfatto ogni nostra necessità ed al preparatissimo personale di sala, Giuseppe e Stefania. Grazie in particolar modo al signor Osvaldo che ha intrattenuto il nostro bimbo con pazienza e amore.

Ho soggiornato qui con mio marito e i miei figli in Agosto 2025. Siamo stati benissimo!! La famiglia proprietaria ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza. La sig.ra Giusy ogni mattina ci consigliava le escursioni da fare. Il Sig. Osvaldo aveva sempre una attenzione gentile per i più piccoli. COLAZIONE E CENA - squisite. Piatti gourmet particolari e buonissimi. SERVIZIO - i ragazzi in sala gentili e sempre disponibili. PULIZIA - ottima. servizio camere impeccabile. LOCATION - top. 10 minuti in macchina da Andalo (molto più caotica in questo periodo) e da molti altri posti carini per i più piccoli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Splendida vacanza!!! Più delle migliori aspettative, abbiamo veramente" staccato la spina", grazie alla cordialità e simpatia di tutto lo staff e coccolati dall affetto familiare di Giusi e Osvaldo che ci ha avvolto ci siamo sentiti a casa, quindi rilassati!!! Pulito e ottima cucina con grandi quantità. Il paese è tranquillo ma c'è tutto ciò che serve per tutte l' età ottima posizione per passeggiate tranquille op impegnative , salire di quota in seggiovia, prendere il bus e passare una giornata ad Andalo e poi un bagno rinfrescante nel lago di Molveno, noi siamo stati benissimo. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Ottimo hotel, situato in zona tranquilla ma ricca di percorsi; camera spaziosa e pulita, ottima ristorazione e soprattutto accoglienza super e veramente pet friendly! Anche la nostra cagnolina ha potuto stare nella saletta riservata per la colazione e la cena. Veramente tutto perfetto grazie alla disponibilità della signora Giusy e di tutto lo staff. Un grazie anche al figlio Giuseppe che, seppur molto giovane, è stato professionale con semplicità, cortesia e grande simpatia. Speriamo di tornare presto!!

Sulla strada del ritorno dalla nostra vacanza, nostro figlio di 2 anni continua a ripetere: "io voglio andare da Giusi". Questo è stato il motto di questa nostra bellissima settimana di vacanza! Abbiamo soggiornato con trattamento di mezza pensione con i nostri due figli uno di 2 anni ed una di 3 mesi e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a CASA. Grazie per la vostra professionalità, accoglienza ed attenzione ad ogni minimo dettaglio, grazie per averci regalato la nostra prima vacanza in 4 che non dimenticheremo mai..e complimenti per la vostra bellissima famiglia!
