I recently planned to purchase a gift for my friends – a SPA day at your hotel. However, my experience with your customer service was so disappointing that I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase. Furthermore, my friends and I are unlikely to visit your hotel in the future due to this experience. When I called to inquire about your SPA services, I was transferred between departments four times, and no one could provide clear answers to my questions. There was a noticeable lack of interest in presenting the hotel or its amenities. After spending 30 minutes being transferred back and forth between reception and the SPA department, I was finally advised to visit the website and figure it out myself. As someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in 4- and 5-star hotels, I must say that the level of service I experienced was far below expectations. It felt more like a 2-star service level. I strongly recommend that your hotel invests in staff training to ensure a higher standard of service, especially if you aim to maintain the reputation of a high-end establishment.
