When my partner asked me where I wanted to celebrate my birthday, I didn’t hesitate for a second — Carmel Forest Spa Resort, of course. This place never fails to impress. Nestled in the lush greenery of Mishor Ha’Hof, it’s the kind of escape that instantly recharges your spirit. While waiting for our room to be ready, we relaxed by the outdoor pool, surrounded by peaceful nature. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the grounds of the resort were as beautiful and serene as ever — a true oasis. The food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinner — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the Druse Tabun baking fresh pastries and, of course, the cocktails by the pool. Every corner of the resort feels curated for relaxation, with greenery and quiet that make it hard to leave. Already thinking about our next visit — because some places just become part of your personal story.

An Oasis of Calm
Carmel Forest was amazing—like stepping into another world. Tranquil, beautiful, and relaxing. I came to stay and visit friends nearby but next time would come and never leave the property. Love the policy of allowing guests to arrive early and stay after checking out to use the facilities. Dining was delightful; I especially liked the evening dinner menu included with half board. Spa facilities were expansive and service was five star!

Located inside a forest, offers many opportunities to relax and stroll around. Rooms are very nice the food was very high class. above all the service so good which adds a lot to have grat stay. The spa and Turkish hamam is a must. Overall amazing experience

A wonderfully relaxing break. Terrific food, new fitness room, refurbished rooms, 25m indoor pool. Excellent spa and treatments. Cannot fault anything!

The food at Carmel Forest was unbelievable. We ate a variety of different options at both Friday and Saturday nights' dinners and all were amazing. The wait service (Roman specifically) was delightful and great. The service overall really was top notch. Our Spa treatments were also very good. The indoor pool area is clean and nice and quiet. Overall an amazing experience.

Located in the middle of the Carmel forest, on top of the Carmel Mountains with a beautiful view down to the Mediterranean Sea , There are large spaces inside the hotel as well as outdoor. There are two beautiful swimming pools- one outside between the trees and the other inside's a warm pool . It has a superb Spa one of the best in the world. The food is very good. In short we recommend this hotel with all our hearts.
