適合喜靜的人小住。酒店輕奢精緻。房間比較寬敞舒適。早上晨霧繚繞，窗外風景如畫。美得讓人陶醉。可能是開業時間短，人員培訓還沒到位（個別情況），下車搬運行李時有個小插曲。但前台服務員和大堂經理攻關意識好，跟蹤情況，處理問題的能力很強。我比較滿意。在此給你們點贊。

酒店偏遠附近什麼都沒有，不開車不怎麼方便！服務反射弧有點恐龍！等服務員好像要一個世紀那麼久！不知道是不是服務人員不夠！第一次看到這個等級的酒店給百事可樂生產的瓶裝水！開了眼界！

鄂州皇冠假日酒店是目前鄂州最好的酒店，這次是專門來入住體驗。作為標準五星級，其員工服務超出我的預期，不遜於奢華酒店。前台辦理入住的小李很熱情，雖然我們早晨8點多就到了，但幸好有空房間，還是迅速為我們辦理了入住，並熱情引導至電梯口。門口的保安師傅也很敬業負責，記憶力也超好，看到我們出來，準確走到我們的車位前，幫忙拉開車門。負責健身游泳處的前台小美女也非常好，夜晚10點多仍耐心介紹，笑容甜美。泳池的救生員也很敬業。酒店床鋪也很乾凈整潔，衞生打掃的一絲不苟，能明顯看到床單上的三道清晰摺痕，顯示是剛換上的。總之，我們的入住體驗很不錯，有機會來還會再次入住。
