一分都不想給我真是忍無可忍了，必須把在這家酒店的糟心經歷説出來，給大家提個醒。從入住第一天開始就處處不順。前台那位工作人員的態度簡直差到極點！我自己不太會操作他們那個登記電腦，就多問了兩句，結果人家全程黑着臉，一副我欠了他幾百萬的樣子，最後居然直接示意讓我自己過去操作！跟他説話愛答不理，眼神裏全是嫌棄和不耐煩，花錢住店還得看前台臉色？這服務態度真是絕了！
這還不算完。我訂了兩天房，想着白天出去玩，晚上回來總能有個乾淨整潔的環境休息吧？結果完全是我想多了！第一天晚上回來，房間什麼樣還是什麼樣，我以為可能第一天不打掃？行，忍了。第二天在外面累了一天，滿懷期待推開房門，我簡直驚呆了：被子亂糟糟地堆在床上，跟我早上走的時候一模一樣；用過的浴巾毛巾原封不動地扔在那兒；用之前上面就有黃色的痕跡不知道幹嘛的 沒有清理乾淨就拿給客人用 真的是絕了 從來沒有見過這樣的最噁心的是那個垃圾桶！裏面的垃圾堆得滿滿的，一看就是兩三天都沒人倒過，都開始有味兒了！房間裏一點打掃過的痕跡都沒有，洗手枱的水漬還在，整個房間感覺又臟又亂。説好的客房服務呢？純粹是擺設！感覺自己像住進了沒人管的垃圾堆。垃圾還是我們自己丟出去的真的簡直是過分
最讓人崩潰的是隔音！我發誓，這是我住過隔音最差的酒店，沒有之一！第二天一大清早，大概8點剛過，隔壁不知道在搞什麼裝修還是施工，電鑽聲、敲牆聲震天響，硬生生把我從睡夢裡吵醒。這誰受得了？我趕緊去找老闆反映，結果老闆輕飄飄來一句：這個我們也沒辦法解決啊，要不你自己去找隔壁工人説説？我當時都懵了！我是住店的客人，遇到這種影響休息的噪音問題，酒店不想着怎麼協調解決，反而把皮球踢給客人？讓我自己去跟工人交涉？結果可想而知，出去溝通了一肚子氣回來，問題一點沒解決。更別提平時走廊裏人來人往的腳步聲、隔壁電視的聲音，聽得一清二楚，晚上根本別想睡個安穩覺。
總結下來，這次住宿體驗簡直糟透了極點！前台臭臉相迎，客房服務完全消失，衞生狀況一塌糊塗，隔音效果等於沒有，遇到問題老闆衹會推卸責任。花錢買罪受！我真是後悔死了選了這家。以我的親身經歷，真心實意地奉勸大家：千萬別來！別來！別來！重要的事情説三遍！ 誰住誰後悔，珍愛睡眠和好心情，遠離這家坑人的店！

環境：良好安靜，衹是半夜來客親子家庭比較吵鬧，建議以後服務人員辦理入住時間提前打招呼預示一下。
