Absolutely stunning location, spotlessly clean throughout including the bathroom. Every necessity catered for including fresh milk in the fridge for making the selection of teas/coffee in room. Staff welcoming, professional, polite and attentive, nothing too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, great place to catch up with friends and enjoying a walk at nearby countryside/River Thames. Good food at fair prices particularly in that area.

Been here many times and never disappointed. Love their retro quirky touches ie Smegg fridge
And Kettle.
With the hotel being in a 5⭐️ Location andq l the high standard accommodation I really believe it would be worth them investing in Air Conditioningloinnńbğ nnnnnq.
It was 28df and the room only had a tiny window
So no air and the fan they supplied just circulated hot air around the room. Plus the fan was so noisy. But that is my only complaint.

Room clean but nothing special rather along the lines of a Premier Inn. Good parking and nicely situated by the River. Very very busy and the food and service were not good. Would recommend the pub in the village for dinner called the Bull Inn and the Village Hamper for lunch

The hotel is comfortable, modern and is conveniently located for river walks. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. However, unfortunately our room located in the main hotel did not have air con. This meant we had to have the windows open the two provided fans on. Because the hotel is located next to a traffic controlled bridge, the traffic is loud- we could hear this even with the windows closed, so with the windows open (which was necessary as it was a warm few days), the noise is quite bad, particularly throughout the night. The two fans were provided but with them both on, it was impossible to fully hear the TV. I’d suggest taking earplugs and perhaps a couple of your own mini fans!

Terrible experience- requested quiet room having seen all of the other feedback. Unable to open windows (Room 16) as 4 kitchen extractors fans humming noisily outside the window all night and dispensing smells into the room. Bathroom was also above kitchen prep area so constant chopping, clattering and general loud kitchen noises late into the evening. Forget the 'high speed' Internet connection if you either need to actually work or even access I player! Really poor compared to other hotels
