The White Horse Inn

Only booked for the 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. A spacious room with a comfortable bed,an excellent meal with great service. We had an issue with the payment of the meal( probably our mistake) and it was dealt with instantly and very professionally by the manager working that evening. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed for the night in one of the outside rooms. The room was massive, with a comfy bed, chairs and side table and a well stocked tea tray. There was no cups left but we didn't mind as we never use them anyway so this wasn't raised and wouldn't of been an issue as we would of just nipped in the bar for some. The bathroom was brilliant the Bluetooth mirror was a very posh extra feature. The room had a couple of patches on paintwork but for the money its absolutely spot on we would stay again. The only issue we had room wise which we would ask to not be in the location next time was the bin lorry came at 5.30 and woke us then the room is next to the kitchen staff door which bangs shut constant ones the staff are in so from breakfast prep starting. The food here was amazing both our dinner and breakfast we were very impressed and the beer garden was lovely

The bed was the worst we ever slept in , the noise at night from pipes was terrible every hour all night absolutley awful the food was good shame people treat you like a thief wouldnot stay at this pub again dont know why certain restauraunt clients thpught we were thieves leaving handbags open wallets and phones bank cards on tables absolute joke

Excellent stay Really nice place, food was good too, nice breakfast choice, I’ll certainly return.

Great stay 2nd time we have stayed here. Food is amazing and service is always really good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Quick stop The room was large and comfortable and the food both dinner, breakfast and lunch which we had with some friends that arrived the day after we checked in was lovely
