Seafront, idyllic views easy walking distance to the local restaurants and museums. Great stay for people looking for casual evening walks or runs or even cycling along the Devon coast with stunning views.

Hotel is below maintenance and room are tiny! Parking is very limited; only goodies are great service from front desk! Great fun for young kids !

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The only thing going for it is the location. The room was tired, dated (paint and fixtures hanging off the walls) and worst of all dirty. The place was thick with dust and there were hairs all over the shower and sink. Breakfast was also very poor and not worth waiting around for. This is definitely one to avoid.

Lovely clean hotel a large room with every thing we needed LG tv table and chair .shower and a lovely bath all new done .on the sea front so not far from anything .staff were very plesent and helpful. We would recommend the hotel I would give it 10 🌟 been in others in Exmouth but this is now far the best .will be coming back very soon for another short break.

Rude, obnoxious staff, room was filthy, noisy, and uninhabitable. Would not recommend and will definitely not be returning. I work away frequently, this is the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 5 years- STAY AWAY, anywhere would be an improvement on this establishment!!!
