Fantastic hosts, great rooms!
Craig was fantastic and made me feel very welcome.
He was knowledgeable about the local area and provided good advice when needed.
Room was very clean and presented to a very high standard.
100% would recommend staying at TLC.

Great location 10-15 minute level walk to Exmouth town centre and station. Stayed in Oak Suite which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bedroom was tastefully decorated with a large walk in wardrobe and immaculate bathroom/wet room. The host Craig was knowledgable about places to eat and recommended a restaurant called the Chronicle in Exmouth for Sunday lunch. Lovely place and excellent food. TLC is an ideal B & B to explore Exmouth and the surrounding area.

A lovely warm welcome from Craig. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.The bed was fantastic, a really good nights sleep. Huge en-suite with good sized towels. An enormous walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space for everything. I would consider getting rid of one set of drawers and replacing them with some comfortable seating. A good breakfast, with a choice of cereals, yogurt, full English and toast, all served with a smile. A short stroll into town. A lovely park at the end of the road. I would definitely recommend this B & B.

We stayed for 10 nights in this excellent B&B within walking distance of Exmouth town and station. The Oak Room is spacious and tastefully furnished with a large bathroom. Craig paid great attention to meeting all our needs while respecting our privacy. Highly recommended.
