The air conditioning temperature in the room cannot be adjusted high, and it was a bit cold when sleeping at night. The LED lights at the head of the bed made a noise for a long time which was very annoying. The bathroom shower drain was clogged.

All staff excellent only issue we had was travel cot - the mattress was so worn out and they obviously realised this as had been padded with towels and a large sheet all of which made it very susceptible to SIDS - we asked for a duvet to help pad it which helped and made sure tucked in securely but maybe invest in new bases. Apart from that majority of staff couldn’t have been more helpful

Stayed here before. The car park is not the easiest to park with a van and you need to pay £6. Reception always has a warm greeting. Room clean and tidy. Although a little noisy as it had a door with the ajoining room. Breakfast was good, apart from milk issue with coffee machine.

It was a good and pleasant stay. There was a leak in the roof due to a severe rain but the staff gave us a new room quickly. The rooms were clean and tidy
