Good hotel.  Few minutes to fast food and restaurants.  Hotel shuttle to & from airport ( need to call the hotel for pick up at YYC) seems to be avail untill 23:00, not 21:00 according to their web site.

Hotel hygiene: just barely acceptable. The table was not wiped well. When I opened the curtain, there was a box of strawberries left behind. Hotel location: far away from the city. It takes three or four stops to get to the airport. It is suitable for tourists who go to Keukenhof to see tulips or go to the airport. If you are going to the city, you'd better not book it because it takes more than an hour to get there by bus and the commute is very tiring.

The front desk Woman was extremely nice and very helpful, the queen suite with a bedroom was really nice. Like a small apartment, very surprised still how big it was.  It dod need a good wipe down sum sticky stuff on counters and dressers but other than that i REALLY likes the place and front desk people.  Definitely will be returning there soon.
